This installation was done in honor of World Environment Day as well as the 60th anniversary of the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I used 300lbs of wheatgrass seed which was grown at various locations then installed in the 40' tall atrium at Red Ink Studios. The winged Nike emerges, throwing off her chains at the victory of Earth over the industrialized world . A vertical photo (left) of the project shows the 40' height of the cloud towering over the cityscape below.
